1. Q: How to get a sample?
UMA: Sim. We offer you free samples as your requirement. If you are the first time to cooperate with us, the postage should be paid by you.

2. Q: How long to make fabric color lab dip?
You can choose colors from PANTONE color guide, or send us your physical color card, after we receive it with in 4-5 days we can send you lab dip by express.

3. Q: How about the payment terms?
UMA: Geralmente, we accept 30% T/T as a deposit, and balance 70% against the copy of B/L.

4. Q: How long to deliver the products?
UMA: After we confirm the order, usualmente, small quantity order would be delivered around 15-25 dias, and HQ order around 25-40 dias , If the item which you choose we have ready gray fabric, then we can deliver por aí 7-15 dias.

5.Q: May I have a trail order?
UMA: For sure! Trail order is necessary for new customers. MOQ é 500-1000 M per color.

6. Q: May I place a custom order?
