UMA:We produce the aluminum profile & aluminum extrusion mould/die.

Q: How much is the minimum order quantity Delivery time
UMA: For Aluminum profile the MOQ is 500kg. For Aluminium Extrusion Die MOQ is 1 Set
10-15days after receiving the advanced payment. If making the mould,there will be 10-15 days to finish and test.

Q: How is OEM&serviço ODM?
UMA:We can provide free design according to the samples or drawings provided by customers.
We have a mature technical team that can assist customers to develop new products and grow together.
We can provide complete customer service support, including logistics, technical services, mould commissioning etc

Q: How can you guarantee the quality
UMA:Before mass production, we will test the mould till its quality pass.
In the production, your order will be followed by QC during every step.
Every product must be checked and signed before they move to the next process.
Each product can be tested before delivery, and the test report can be issued,
the video screen of the testing product can be sent to the customer,or test through video chat.

Q: How could i get the price?
UMA:Pls send us the drawing of the profile or tell us the size, cavity, modelo & billet size. Then we could give you a quotation.

Q: Could you produce other extrusion tools?
UMA: Sim, we could produce the Extrudion Container, Extrusion Stem, Die Ring, Die Holder, Shear Blades,etc.

Q: What size extrusion mould you could provide?
UMA: Mould size from D140X100mm to D700X400mm is available.
