Q: What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
UMA: We have OEM/ODM and stock service.
– For OEM/ODM items, MOQ is 1000pcs/size/color.
– For stock items, MOQ is 100pcs/size/color .

Q: What is your sample lead time?
UMA: -The normally sample lead time is 5-7 dias.
-And if the material is special and need customized made , it takes one week more.

Q: How about the sample fee?
UMA: -We would require the sample fee for new customer, and it can be returned after the order released.
-And we can discuss the exact fee based on different item.

Q: What is your production lead time?
