7.Q: What information should be offered by clients before quotation?

UMA:Please kindly offer us detailed information, such as: material (fabric construction), Tamanho, cor, quantidade, package, etc.

It will be better if pictures, samples and artworks can be provided.

8.Q:How to choose the colors?

UMA: We can offer our available colors or make lab-dips according to clients’ requirements.

9.Q:How about product quality?

UMA: We have professional QC team to do the inspection in every section during production.

10.Q:How about MOQ?

UMA: The MOQ depends on the material, color and size of products.

11.Q:How about shipping terms?

UMA: It could be FedEx, DHL,TNT,UPS, EMS for samples or small quantity of goods. For bulk, it could be sea shipment.

Air shipment: Fast. But expensive.

Sea shipment: Economy. But slow.
