3.Q: Can I have some samples before formal order?
UMA: Sim. we can send you some free samples for your test before your order.

4.Q: How long is the lead time?
UMA: To ensure the product quality, normally we will not keep stock for products. The lead time usually 25 days after the payment released. For customized products, it takes longer.

5.Q: How about the after-sale service? What’s the Warranty terms?
UMA: We offer 12 months for every products we sold. If you meet any problems after sales, pis contact us freely,
we’ll help solving the problems within 24 horas.

6.Q: Are you manufacturer or just dealer?
UMA: We’re manufacturer, we do produce all products by ourselves. Welcome to visit our factory at any time.

7.Q: What’s the payment terms? Can I pay after you got the products?
UMA: Normally we accept T/T and bank transfer. L/C is also accepted if the order quantity is large. For old customers,
we’ll guarantee monthly payment after good cooperation.

8.Q: I couldn’t find the products I want develop my own parts, can you develop it for me?
UMA: Sim. we have a research & development dept. whether selecting a current product from our catalog or seeking the engineering assistance for your new developing project, please feel free to ask our customer service center at any time.
