2. How tens work?

TENS works by passing harmless electrical signals into the body from its pads. This relieves pain in two ways

Firstly, “high frequency” continuous, mild, electrical activity may block the pain signal travelling to the brain. Brain cells perceive pain.

5. About electrode pads

(1) Where put the pads?

They could be put in each muscle and point. Keep the pads away from heart, positions above head and neck, throat and mouth. The best way to relieve pain is to put the pads in the relative pain points.

(2) How long the pads last?

Pads can be used for 30-40 times at home, it depends on different situations. In hospital, they can only be used for not more than 10 vezes.
