س: Will the price be the same if I repeat the order?
أ: The price is same if the order quantity is same with your previous order. The order quantity decides the unit price.

س: What’s the maximum size for embroidery patch?
أ: 50cm x 50cm (approximately 19 inch x 19 بوصة)

س: Up to how many colors can I have in my patch?
أ: Embroidery up to 15 الألوان. داخل 7 colors is recommended, or the cost will become higher with each additional color.
PVC up to 8 الألوان. If the design contains the more colors (داخل 8 الألوان), it will cost the higher price.
Woven up to 8 الألوان. If the design contains the more colors (داخل 8 الألوان), it will cost the higher price.
Chenille up to 6 الألوان. If the design contains the more colors (داخل 6 الألوان), it will cost the higher price.

س: Can you pack each patch individually?
أ: نعم, but an extra cost will be applied.

س: What format of the file should I send you?
أ: ESP, AI, CDR, PDF, JPEG, PNG are all available.

س: Will you redo the sample if the sample does not reach my expectation?
أ: عمومًا, it’s because your patterns are too detailed to be embroidered. For those details can’t be achieved, we will tell you before the quote so that you can either simplify or re-design before we make the sample. In that case, we won’t make second sample.

س: Is it acceptable to change my design after the sample is made?
أ: We will charge a modification fee depends on the degree of the modification.

س: I need the patches urgently. How fast can you ship?
أ: Please tell me your deadline, and we’ll quote you with rush order.

س: Is it ok that I provide my own fabric?
أ: نعم, but the freight will be afforded by your side.

س: Can you embroider based on my photo?
أ: Embroidery cannot achieve photo realism. We recommend sublimation.

س: What kinds of fabric are NOT suitable to iron the patches on?
أ: نايلون, leather, water-resistance or water-proof fabric.
