ש: Will the price be the same if I repeat the order?
א: The price is same if the order quantity is same with your previous order. The order quantity decides the unit price.

ש: What’s the maximum size for embroidery patch?
א: 50cm x 50cm (approximately 19 inch x 19 אִינְטשׁ)

ש: Up to how many colors can I have in my patch?
א: Embroidery up to 15 צבעים. בְּתוֹך 7 colors is recommended, or the cost will become higher with each additional color.
PVC up to 8 צבעים. If the design contains the more colors (בְּתוֹך 8 צבעים), it will cost the higher price.
Woven up to 8 צבעים. If the design contains the more colors (בְּתוֹך 8 צבעים), it will cost the higher price.
Chenille up to 6 צבעים. If the design contains the more colors (בְּתוֹך 6 צבעים), it will cost the higher price.

ש: Can you pack each patch individually?
א: כן, but an extra cost will be applied.

ש: What format of the file should I send you?
א: ESP, AI, CDR, PDF, JPEG, PNG are all available.

ש: Will you redo the sample if the sample does not reach my expectation?
א: Generally, it’s because your patterns are too detailed to be embroidered. For those details can’t be achieved, we will tell you before the quote so that you can either simplify or re-design before we make the sample. In that case, we won’t make second sample.

ש: Is it acceptable to change my design after the sample is made?
א: We will charge a modification fee depends on the degree of the modification.

ש: I need the patches urgently. How fast can you ship?
א: Please tell me your deadline, and we’ll quote you with rush order.

ש: Is it ok that I provide my own fabric?
א: כן, but the freight will be afforded by your side.

ש: Can you embroider based on my photo?
א: Embroidery cannot achieve photo realism. We recommend sublimation.

ש: What kinds of fabric are NOT suitable to iron the patches on?
א: Nylon, leather, water-resistance or water-proof fabric.
