UN: The price is same if the order quantity is same with your previous order. The order quantity decides the unit price.
Q: What’s the maximum size for embroidery patch?
UN: 50cm x 50cm (circa 19 inch x 19 pollice)
Q: Up to how many colors can I have in my patch?
UN: Embroidery up to 15 colori. Entro 7 colors is recommended, or the cost will become higher with each additional color.
PVC up to 8 colori. If the design contains the more colors (entro 8 colori), it will cost the higher price.
Woven up to 8 colori. If the design contains the more colors (entro 8 colori), it will cost the higher price.
Chenille up to 6 colori. If the design contains the more colors (entro 6 colori), it will cost the higher price.
Q: Can you pack each patch individually?
UN: sì, but an extra cost will be applied.
Q: What format of the file should I send you?
UN: ESP, AI, CDR, PDF, JPEG, PNG are all available.
Q: Will you redo the sample if the sample does not reach my expectation?
UN: In genere, it’s because your patterns are too detailed to be embroidered. For those details can’t be achieved, we will tell you before the quote so that you can either simplify or re-design before we make the sample. In that case, we won’t make second sample.
Q: Is it acceptable to change my design after the sample is made?
UN: We will charge a modification fee depends on the degree of the modification.
Q: I need the patches urgently. How fast can you ship?
UN: Please tell me your deadline, and we’ll quote you with rush order.
Q: Is it ok that I provide my own fabric?
UN: sì, but the freight will be afforded by your side.
Q: Can you embroider based on my photo?
UN: Embroidery cannot achieve photo realism. We recommend sublimation.
Q: What kinds of fabric are NOT suitable to iron the patches on?
UN: Nylon, pelle, water-resistance or water-proof fabric.
