We will provide samples, but you need to pay the sample and shipping costs at first. After you make a bulk order, you can refund your sample costs.

For the products we have in our stock, we will send out the sample within 5 ημέρες. For the products out of stock or with your own design, we’re able to send out the sample within 15 ημέρες.

Q4: How about your company’s quality control?

We have a professional QA & QC team and will fully track the orders from the very beginning to the very end, such as checking the materail, supervising the production, spot-checking the finished goods, instrusting the packing, ect.

We also accept a third-party company designated by you to fully check your orders.

Q5: What is your MOQ of the products?

The normal MOQ is 200 pairs per style/color for customized in bulk. for sample 1pair is available.

While, if your order can not reach our MOQ, it will be fine if you can accept surchaarge, the MOQ is not fixed, don’t worry about it, we can further discuss it.
