Q3: Do you offer free samples?

We will provide samples, but you need to pay the sample and shipping costs at first. After you make a bulk order, you can refund your sample costs.

For the products we have in our stock, we will send out the sample within 5 giorni. For the products out of stock or with your own design, we’re able to send out the sample within 15 giorni.

Q4: How about your company’s quality control?

We have a professional QA & QC team and will fully track the orders from the very beginning to the very end, such as checking the materail, supervising the production, spot-checking the finished goods, instrusting the packing, ecc.

Q5: What is your MOQ of the products?

The normal MOQ is 200 pairs per style/color for customized in bulk. for sample 1pair is available.

Q6: What about the lead time for bulk production?
