Introduction:

Ceramic proppant is a product of ceramic particles with high fracture strength which is an environmentally friendly product and it adopts high-quality bauxite as well as other raw materials and ceramic sintering. Ceramic proppant is an alternative product of natural quartz sand, glass balls, metal balls and other low-strength proppants. It has a positive effect to the oil and gas production.

Ceramic proppant is mainly used in the oil & gas well drilling industry to hold fractures open around the wellbore to enhance fluid & gas extraction after hydraulic fracturing processes.

אריזה & storage

Ceramic proppants are packaged in 1.5 אוֹ 1.75 net weight ton bags, plastic bag for inner packing, woven bag for external packing. Other packaging is available. It is required to be stored in a dry location away from sources of high temperature, moisture and minimize dust.
