Ceramic proppant is a product of ceramic particles with high fracture strength which is an environmentally friendly product and it adopts high-quality bauxite as well as other raw materials and ceramic sintering. Ceramic proppant is an alternative product of natural quartz sand, glass balls, metal balls and other low-strength proppants. It has a positive effect to the oil and gas production.

Applicazione

Ceramic proppant is mainly used in the oil & gas well drilling industry to hold fractures open around the wellbore to enhance fluid & gas extraction after hydraulic fracturing processes.

Confezione & storage

Ceramic proppants are packaged in 1.5 o 1.75 net weight ton bags, plastic bag for inner packing, woven bag for external packing. Other packaging is available. It is required to be stored in a dry location away from sources of high temperature, moisture and minimize dust.
