Usage of The Equipment Pyrolysis:
Pyrolysing waste tire, rubber, plastic etc. to fuel oil,carbon black and steel wire.
Applied Raw Materials:
Rubber: tires, soles, leather strips, rubber tubes, and other rubber products.
Plastic: PP, PE, all kinds of plastic products

Fuel oil (40% tot 45%)
The oil has 40% tot 45% of the amount of recycled scrap tyres, which will be carried with licensed tanker trucks.
Carbon black (30% tot 35%)
Carbon Black is the main product recycled by Pyrolysis technology. The amount of recycled carbon black is 30% tot 35% (depending on the type of tyres) of the total amount of scrap tyres recycled in the system.
Stalen draad (10% tot 15%)
Tires contain steel wires and the amount range of 10% tot 15% of thetotal tyre wastage.
Gas (4% tot 10%)
Non-Condensable gases arise during the pyrolysis process. There aresome advantages such as:
1. lt has higher calorific value as compared to natural gas.
2. It can be replaced where natural gas and propane are stored.
3. The high energy gas may be utilized as a source of energy for the Pyrolysis process.
4. The amount of gas generated in the system is 12% tot 15% of the total amount of recycled tyres and considering the 10 ton scrap tyre/day recycling capacity, the facility generates 1200 -1500 m3/day gas, which has an enormous energy potential when evaluated.

Used as fuel to heat the plastic to oil reactor. Excess gas can be used for production of petrochemicals or electricity
Oil test report:
The continuous plant can get diesel directly which can meet Euro 3, Euro 4, Euro 5 standard.
| Working Process of Pyrolysis Plant |
First put wast tires into the vessel. After the material is fully loaded, then door of reactor is closed and tighten.
We need to start the burning system using coal, gas or oil and when the temperature reach 150 Deg.C, mixed oil in small quantity start coming out and oil recovery increase gradually as temperature reach 300 Deg.C and once the temperature reach 400 Deg.C, oil is fully recovered.
After getting all the oil, firing is stopped and temperature is brought down by using cooling system and then door is opened to get the rough carbon black and steel waste.
Then we put another tires for next shift production.
