Yes, we will provide you with product operation manuals and precautions, including drawings, daily operation videos, equipment adjustment videos, etc.

Q:Is engineer available for on site installation and training?

we cannot offer on site installation and training service, but we will provide online video support. After this serious period, we could send our engineer to your country for maintenance of the machine if necessary.

Q: How do we ensure the quality of the machine after placing the order? Before delivery, we will send you pictures and videos of the equipment for you to check the quality. You can also arrange the quality check by yourself or through your contacts in China.

Q: What about your warranty?

Our warranty will be one year.

Q: Can I put my logo on to the productions?

Yes, the logo could be customized, please send us your design.
